Here are some pics of my 2012 XCT with the trunck (we call them top boxes here in Australia) which I had lined by my local motor trimer. They are fully fremovable with hook and loop. It cost me $350 and I'm very pleased with the job.
Cheers Kym

| Great looking job. I like the idea that they can be taken out too. I would like to have something like that done for my xct. |

Mate, I'm sorry it took me so long to respond.
I haven't taken the linner (We call then linners over here in Oz) out of either the Top Box or saddle bags as yet as I haven't any cause to do so and they look so good, but I reckon that removal would be no problem at all. Remember, if you glue it then it's in there for keeps.
Good luck with withever way you decide to go.

That's a fairly easy job. Simply glue or use silicone glue to hold one side, maybe the hook part of the Velcro, to the sides of the trunk and sew in the matching loop side so they mate up in the trunk. It's not that big of a job with the right sewing machine and person doing it but that's why he's getting paid so well. He had to learn all the right ways to do this job. |
