The Stage I got from my Victory Dealer uses an oiled air filter element. I use a K & N recharge kit to clean and oil. If you run out of the cleaner you can simply use dish soap and water to clean the filter, let dry completely then re-oil with K & N Filter Oil.

just bought a victory cross country tour, anyone know if I can get risers for the handle bars. I would like to bring them back about 2 inches, no need to go up, just back.

I see that you are relatively new so I thought I would be helpful and point out that you posted your handlebar question in a AIR FILTER thread so...nobody is going to see it. You might want to create a new thread for your question

Victory Performance is just that, a dry air filter, but I would suggest you better models, read about them here allforharley.com, many different kinds, I think you'll find something for yourself.
