Clear coat on the trees has become discolored and peeling off. Tried rubbing it off with a Scotch pad, it works just takes to long. Got my angled die-grinder from work. Put the 3M wheel on it with the pad that spins. Takes that clear coat right off. Got most of it off, still got some to remove. Polished it some and then used some TurtleWax Glass on it. Does not look great, but it does look better than peeling clear coat. Still got to remove some clear coat and a lot more elbow grease to get the alunimum looking better. Oh yes my bike is a 2011 Cross Roads, so no bike factory fairying to hide the trees. I do have an MRA windshield/fairing on it(small fairing with a spoiler).

Tried a much finer 3m pad on the trees. It does help polish them up much better. Now I just got to get the time to do it. Tried the finer pad at work this past week.
