Jim, thanks for sharing, I love to hear stories such as this, and was sad to read that her grandma passed while on the trip. But personally they put any biker to shame to have endured such a trip on a scoot. Sadly, I'm sure there is no Iron-Butt category for them though they are well deserving of one.

I didn't see any pics of him riding on the back seat. What a trip sounds like fun. Hope to have the similar adventure at some point. I've made a couple of 1000 mile trips in one day. Set the cruise and go get it. Can't imagine slowing down to 22km/h. I think the Grizzly could travel that fast and have an inflight snack with those two. Hilarious. One thing about it they will always have a "Memory" of that adventure for a long time to come.

I feel spoiled now.. all of us guys wanting more power with cams, fuel controllers etc. and theydid this on a bike thats about 2 times the size of a weed wacker motor! lol In my wildest dreams i would of never toured on a 50cc scooter.. im very impressed...
